CANDY Pi Lite+ でのSoftBankへの接続時の設定について

CANDY Pi Lite+を使用してSoftBankの4G回線に接続しようとしています。

ソフトウェア的には、ディスクイメージの13.1をダウンロードした後、Githubのシェルをデフォルトで設定した後、設定済みのSoftbankAPNを利用して設定(m2m4biz.softbank)をapn.txtに設定してリブートしました。

リブート後は、つながらなかったので、WEBを調べたあと、SoftbankのAPNは、"plus.4g"であるようなので、このエントリーを、apn-list.jsonに追加し、設定的には、うまくいっていると思われますが、PPP接続が失敗しています。
(ppp0 でmodem hangup のログが残され、start_pppd.sh がエラー番号16で終了する)

どのように設定すると、いいか、ご教示いただけないでしょうか?

ログの情報がありませんので原因はわかりませんが、

とのことでAPNの追加は直接apn-list.jsonを変更されたとのことですが、このapn-list.jsonファイルはちょっとした文字列の間違いで接続ができなくなります。apn-list.jsonを元に戻してから以下のページにある正しい手順で、apn.txtファイルへAPNの情報(APN、ユーザー、パスワード)を指定していただけますか。

APN指定時によくある問題は、一度WordなどにAPNの情報を書いてからその内容をコピペしたときに発生します。ダブルクォーテーションなどの文字列がWordによって置き換わったり、全角スペースなどが意図せず紛れたりするためです。APN情報を編集される場合は、メモ帳などテキストエディターをご利用ください。

なお、元のape-list.jsonファイルがすでにない場合は、アンインストールをして再度インストールしていただくか、こちらからダウンロードして中身を変更せずそのまま元の場所のape-list.jsonファイルを上書きしてご利用ください。

また、上記方法でうまく動かない場合は、apn.txtに指定した内容と、/var/log/syslogのエラーと思われる部分を投稿していただければと思います。

apn.txt には、 plus.4g を入れ、
apn-list.json に

前述のように,apn-list.jsonとapn.txtの両方を書き換えたうえで行っています。pppのところも、認証は旨くいっているといいっているのにもかかわらず、即座に切られていることも気になります。

元のSoftbank向けAPNについていた設定("cs":true,"pu":true)をplus.4gの箇所に追加してお試しいただけますでしょうか。

状況はかわらないように見えます。
設定した部分が有効になっていることを確認するためのログの方法とかありますでしょうか?
system_pppd.shをデバッグ設定してみたログでも”cs”等が聞いている部分が見当たりません。
動き自体は、IPCPを送った後に即座に切られているように見えます。

この辺りを調べてみて、こんな対処をしてみたらとかのアイデアがあれば、お知らせください。

実際に設定された内容(全体または抜粋)や、結果(ログの情報)がないとこちらからも的確な情報提供ができませんので、可能な範囲でご提供いただければと思います。

また、設定値については書式に問題がなければ設定されます。

念のための確認ですが、ソフトバンクAPNに対応しているか以下の点もご確認ください。

  • CANDY Pi Lite+マルチキャリア版またはCANDY Pi Lite+ Sを利用していること(投稿ではCANDY Pi Lite+と記載されていましたので具体的に合致するかどうかの確認。これら以外の機種ではどのような設定であっても接続できません)
  • お使いのAPNの設定とお使いのSIMカードで、SIMフリーのスマートフォンにて接続が確認できていること(回線の契約とAPN設定があっているかどうかの確認)
  • データ通信のみかどうか(SMS・音声付きのプランかどうか)→cs="true"は以下のページにあるようにデータ通信のみの契約では使えません。

データ通信飲みかどうか、
PocketWiFI用であるので、データ通信のみの契約だと思われます。

APN設定に関して、SIMの契約者に確認したところ、上記であっています。

PocketWifiでAPNを閲覧できるのか存じ上げませんが、Pocket WiFiですと通常自動でAPNを設定すると思います。今回指定されたAPNが使用されているか確認できているのでしょうか?それとも、APNをご自身で入力されて動作を確認されたのでしょうか?

APNの情報をWebから検索されたとありますので、PocketWifiが自動でAPNを設定したものを使用されて疎通できているとご判断されていると思われます。そうすると、やはりAPNがご契約のSIMに合っていないと考えられます。

こちらから申し上げられることは、Softbankの網をつかめているもののPPPができていないということで、APNの情報がご契約のSIMと一致していない可能性が高いというものです。
キャリアからのAPN情報が確かなSIMカードにてお試しいただければと思います。
